Distribuzione di Eudontomyzon danfordi

 

Risulta endemica nei ruscelli e nei fiumi della zona superiore del sistema idrico del Danubio (fiumi di Tisza e Timis). Viene segnalata anche in Austria, Repubblica Ceca, Ungheria, Moldova, Romania, Slovacchia ed Ucraina.
